Weekend Pick: Oscar Sock Puppets

Didn’t get a chance to see all of the Academy Award nominees? Well, its not to late, provided you give your self a little wiggle room — like the cast.

Instead of racing out to catch the Oscar noms in the theater, head on over to Sock Tube Presents and catch a few of the four-and-a-half minute long trailers, presented with all the glory that can be delivered by a sock puppet. Enjoy sock versions of all five nominees for Best Picture: Slumdog Millionaire, Milk, The Reader, Frost/Nixon, and Ben Button.

But if the Oscars aren’t your thing, check out other sock classics like Juno, There Will Be Blood, the Indiana Jones trilogy, and of course, Animal House (the 30th Anniversary Edition!!!!)
