Forbes.com’s Rachel Rosmarin reports that Technorati’s two top thinkers, their CTO, Tantek Celik, and VP of Engineering, Adam Hertz, are leaving. Chief Executive Dave Sifry is also looking for his replacement, according to the story.
Sifry in a blog post earlier this week gently reminded readers that Technorati is hiring, and apologized for leaving out another departure, Liz Dunn, who is moving to Will Farell’s Funny or Die.
We have previously covered the outcry over Technorati’s downtime. The departure of some of their smartest people (and bloggers) is not a good sign for a company so depended upon by the blogosphere and so plagued by technical issues.
