You have to hand it to Dennis Kucinich, the guy who saved Cleveland millions of dollars in electric bills and forced the city into default by refusing to sell publicly owned utility Muny Light has a knack for making a scene.

In a recent debate, Kucinich admitted that he had seen a UFO, (to the delight of Fox News) and Tuesday, he submitted a resolution to impeach Dick Cheney which is getting a lot of YouTube love.

House Democratic Leader Steny Hoyer had previously stated dems would not seriously pursue impeachment, as it would shift focus away from more important policy steps.

Republicans smelling a debate that could potentially embarrass democrats voted with Kucinich, prompting another vote which sent the resolution to the House Judiciary Committee for consideration.

You have to like Kucinich, while he may be a little weird, he stands up for what he believes in. Today liberal PAC Democracy For America announced that Dennis Kucinich won its “pulse poll” topping all other dems.
