		<description>The viewer in me celebrates. The marketer in me celebrates. The creator in me worries that the amateur's moment in the sun is fading as eyeballs shift to better content. Hopefully better content will increase YouTube's reach into a broader audience and grow the pie. I don't mind a smaller piece of a bigger pie.</description>
