CNN Does CEBU
In a really odd addendum to the Thriller prison dance video, CNN sent a crew to the Philippines to interview prison overseer Byron Garcia and some of the inmates.

This may be the most bizarre CNN segment I’ve ever seen. The entire premise appears to be based on the money shot of reporter Hugh Riminton (above) standing among hundreds of raging psychopaths now tamed by dance. The original YouTube video raised questions about the exploitation of prisoners, but CNN in their re-telling raises the bar.
