Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive marketing plan and strategy, with a focus on ROI for Comcast.net.
In this role you will also:
• Be responsible for developing and implementing marketing programs and campaigns to meet acquisition, engagement, and revenue targets.
• Develop database marketing strategy and execution; supervise database marketing manager.
• Work closely with Content Services organization, Product Management, Business Development, and Sales teams to identify business needs, implement product marketing plans, track marketing effectiveness and ROI, and guide product line strategies.

The ideal candidate will have the following background:
• BS in Marketing or related relevant discipline or equivalent work experience; MBA preferred.
• 7 + years experience in online marketing in the telecommunications, consumer products, online media or high technology industries, preferably with blue chip companies and working with big brands..
• Extensive experience in the creation of marketing plans and advertising campaigns; direct experience in managing: SEO, online advertising, promotions/sweepstakes, conversational media (blogging, social networks, user generated content, etc.), and partnerships. You must have working knowledge of each of these.
• Creativity, attention to detail, ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task, flexibility and comfort in fast-changing and ambiguous environments.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Must be a team player, able to work closely with cross-functional development groups and anticipate and react to changes quickly.
