Miami billionaire Phillip Frost is launching a digital media venture reports the Miami Herald. The blank check company called Ideation Acquisition will focus on “acquiring an operating entity in the digital media sector” according to their S-1. 

The company’s CEO will be Hollywood producer Robert N. Fried who seems like the biggest winner in this deal. He will chair a company that’s only goal is to take  millions in pharma riches and buy online video companies.

Mr Fried, if you’re reading this, let’s make a deal.
